Checking System Status¶

Overview¶
The System Status page shows you if Springboard is working properly. If you notice Springboard running slowly or having problems, checking this page can tell you if there's a known issue being fixed.
When to Use This Feature¶
Check the System Status page when:
- Springboard seems slow or isn't working right
- You can't log in
- Features aren't working as expected
- You want to see if there's scheduled maintenance coming up
Step-by-Step Instructions¶
1. Open the Help menu¶
Click on the "Help" or "?" icon in the top right corner of any Springboard page.

2. Select "System Status"¶
In the Help menu, click on "System Status" to open the status page. This will take you to https://status.firespring.com/.

3. Review the status information¶
The System Status page will show:
- A green check mark if everything is working normally
- A yellow triangle for minor issues
- A red circle for major problems
You'll also see details about any current issues and when they're expected to be fixed.

- Check this page before contacting support if something isn't working right
- The "History" section shows recent problems that have been fixed
- You can sign up for email alerts about system problems
- System maintenance is usually scheduled during nights or weekends
- You can also go directly to https://status.firespring.com/ in your web browser
Troubleshooting¶
Common Issue 1: System Status page won't load¶
If the System Status page won't load, the problem might be with your internet connection. Try:
- Checking if other websites load
- Refreshing the page
- Using a different web browser
Common Issue 2: Status shows "All Systems Normal" but you're having problems¶
If the status shows everything is normal but you're still having issues:
- Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
- Try using a different web browser
- Contact support for help with your specific issue
