Contacting Support¶

Overview¶
When you can't find answers in the Help Center, you can contact Firespring's Support Team directly. This page shows you how to reach support and what information to provide for faster help.
When to Use This Feature¶
Contact support when:
- You've tried the Help Center but still have questions.
- Something isn't working correctly.
- You need help with your specific account.
- You find an error or problem in the Springboard.
Step-by-Step Instructions¶
1. Open the Contact Support form¶
Click on the Help or Lifesaver Icon in the top right corner of any Springboard page, then select Contact Us from the menu. If you've already searched for an answer in our FAQ, click Yes, take me to the contact form.

2. Fill out the support form¶
Complete the form:
- Enter your Name.
- Enter your Email.
- Subject: Enter a short title for your issue, or question.
- Description: Please be as specific as you can about what you need help with. Include all the details you would like our team to know.
- Attachment(s): Feel free to add screenshots or files that help explain your issue. This step is optional.

3. Submit your request¶
Once you've completed your message, click Send Your Message at the bottom of the form to submit your support request.

4. Check for confirmation¶
After sending your message, you'll see a confirmation page. You'll also receive an email confirming that your message was received.

Tips & Helpful Guidance¶
- Be specific about what you're trying to do and what's happening
- Include any error messages you see (word for word)
- Mention what steps you've already tried
- Add screenshots if possible - they help support see exactly what you're seeing
- Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm
Troubleshooting¶
Common Issue 1: Form won't submit¶
If the form won't submit:
- Make sure all required fields are filled out.
- Check that your email address is entered correctly.
- Try using a different web browser.
Common Issue 2: No response after submitting¶
If you don't receive a response:
- Check your email's spam or junk folder
- Allow 1-2 business days for a response during busy times
- If it's urgent, you can call the support phone number listed at the bottom of the form
