The Knowledge Base has detailed information about specific Springboard features. It's organized by topic and includes step-by-step guides, tips, and best practices.

When to Use This Feature

Use the Knowledge Base when:

  • You need help learning a new, or new to you, feature in the Springboard.
  • You want to learn advanced tips and tricks, or best practices.
  • You're trying to solve a specific problem.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Knowledge Base

Click on the Help or Lifesaver icon in the top right corner of any Springboard page, then click FAQs in the dropdown menu.

You can either:

  • Browse through the categories shown on the main Knowledge Base menu.
  • Use the search box at the top to look for specific topics.
  • Browse the related articles that are listed in the top right corner of each article.
  • Use the links at the bottom of articles to find more articles related to your topic.

3. Save helpful articles

If you find yourself using the same articles over and over again, try bookmarking them in your browser for easy access!
