The Help Center is your central hub that provides important links to resources that you can use while working in the Springboard. This page shows you how to find and use the Help Center.
When to Use This Feature¶
Use the Help Center when:
- You're not sure how to do something in Springboard.
- You want to learn about a feature.
- You need step-by-step instructions.
- You want to contact Firespring Support.
Step-by-Step Instructions¶
Open the Help Center¶
Look for the Help or Lifesaver icon in the top right corner of any Springboard page. Click on it to open the Help menu.

Choose what kind of help you need¶
After clicking the Help icon, you'll see a menu with different options:
- FAQs: Learn more about the Springboard with these helpful step-by-step guides and best practice tips in the Knowledge Base.
- Contact us: Reach out to Firespring Support with this helpful form, or use the phone number listed to call our team directly.
- Check System Status: Use this link to check how our systems are running, or if there are any known issues currently.
Click on the option that best matches what you need.
Tips & Helpful Guidance¶
- If you don't know where to start, click FAQs. You can search the Knowledge Base for topics related to your current goal in the Springboard.
- If you've checked the System Status and are still experiencing issues, reach out to Firespring support at 877.447.8936. We can help troubleshoot your issue, or report it to our team to fix if necessary.
